Restaurant Dishwasher

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Team Member to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Restock kitchen personnel and servers with clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Perform side work during shift downtime, including rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, and cleaning work areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and cleanup.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
