Job Summary:

As a Counting Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue from table games and poker, as well as the collection of Self-Service Terminal machine revenue. You will work closely with our team to maintain high levels of hospitality and professionalism, while adhering to our company's internal controls and Minnesota Racing Commission standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Count and record revenue from table games and poker
  • Collect and verify Self-Service Terminal machine revenue
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with the Security department to monitor drop carts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a professional manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass Canterbury Park's pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, verification of work history, and credit check
  • Must be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED
