Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team at Digital Biz Tech. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing critical financial planning and analysis support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial planning and analysis solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build complex financial models and drive business insights.
  • Assist in the coordination and consolidation of budgets and forecasts globally.
  • Provide day-to-day system support as an Oracle business administrator.
  • Partner with IT, Accounting, HR, and Business groups to drive enhancements and improve data infrastructure.
  • Support corporate annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership, including results to date, forward projections, and commentary on notable trends.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership.
  • Special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of FPA/Accounting experience.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • MBA and/or CMA a plus.
  • Manufacturing background with knowledge of cost accounting, GAAP, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP; S4 Hana experience a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Planning/Budgeting and Consolidation tools.
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources.
  • Experience with financial modeling.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong financial analysis.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Pivot Tables and functions within Excel.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to work independently.
