Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
  • Receive inbound calls and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries to the best of your ability.
  • Gather and update customer information in our business software.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Conduct outbound calls following up with customers and field teams.

Your Qualifications

  • A positive attitude, ambition, and a creative and collaborative spirit.
  • An education that provides an understanding of business.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of how systems and computer data need to work together.
  • A solid understanding of why businesses are in business.
  • Ability to accept feedback and flexibility to adapt to new ideas.
  • Observation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
