Job Title: Pre-Op/PACU Nurse Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Op/PACU Nurse Leader to join our team at Lake Granbury Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Pre-Op/PACU department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Pre-Op/PACU team to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Five years of experience in a pre-operative or post-anesthesia care unit, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and NIH stroke certification within 3 months of hire date.
