Job Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and passionate fitness professional to lead our group fitness classes at The Max Challenge of Glen Cove.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-energy group fitness classes, inspiring and motivating participants to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Develop and implement engaging workout plans, incorporating various fitness disciplines such as kickboxing, aerobics, and dance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive class environment.
  • Collaborate with our team to promote our fitness programs and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in group fitness instruction or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of fitness principles and exercise science.
