Clinical Coach

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to new nurses as they transition into their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to new nurses, focusing on critical thinking and patient care.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with unit leadership to ensure a smooth transition for new nurses.
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide recommendations for growth and development.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
- Current Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
