Job Title: Restaurant Training Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Training Director to join our team at Cooper Connect. This role is designed to give you a career in the most highly esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading a team of trainers and implementing training processes and systems to ensure that all employees know and comply with Chick-fil-A standards
  • Create, manage, and customize training plans for new hires and lead orientation
  • Partner with Leaders to identify gaps in knowledge of experienced employees
  • Create training initiatives based on identified restaurant needs, new product and system roll-outs
  • Develop aspiring leaders and help provide a clear growth path for team members to grow through all tiers of leadership
  • Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for Front of House
  • Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values

Estimated Salary Range

Our estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 per year.
