Job Summary

**Job Purpose:**

To support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day store operations and performance in meeting or exceeding budget while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for opening and closing the store, managing daily bank deposits, ensuring adequate change is available, addressing customer and donor needs and complaints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Supervise store employees and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Contribute to achieving sales and customer service goals
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in the Customer Service Industry and one year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee
  • Ability to obtain required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, and Department of Human Services-FBI Fingerprints

**Working Relationships:**

The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.
