Position Overview

Avolinq, LLC is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst III to provide essential support to a federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system performance and address technical issues as they arise.
  • Maintain and manage storage solutions effectively.
  • Provide on-call support during off-hours on a rotational schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and requirements.
  • Develop and manage system scripts, perform system upgrades, and administer user accounts.

This role requires a full-time on-site presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing both on-premises and AWS systems.
  • Experience with large-scale clusters (over 400 nodes) and both containerized and non-containerized applications.
  • Expertise in the planning, design, and support of multi-platform networks, particularly those involving Linux-based systems.
  • Strong command line proficiency in Linux.
  • Ability to achieve Security+CE certification prior to commencement.
  • Possession of TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and ability to undergo indoctrination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of distributed storage networks and application messaging frameworks.
  • Understanding of analytical requirements, query syntax, and data flow management.
  • Experience with Splunk Dashboards and tools such as NiFi, HA Proxy, Docker, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
  • Familiarity with Certification & Accreditation processes.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience is required. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
