About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient engagement.
- Manage pharmacy budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements:
- Pharmacist license in the state of California.
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
- Certified immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
