Job Title:

At Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Biochemist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biochemistry and a passion for scientific research. As a Biochemist, you will be responsible for performing biochemical testing on proteins and antibodies, including CE, HPLC, SEC, UV, TOC, and dissolution. You will also participate in conducting method qualifications and document test results in notebooks and reports.

  • Perform biochemical testing on proteins and antibodies, including CE, HPLC, SEC, UV, TOC, and dissolution

  • Document test results in notebooks and reports
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a GMP environment
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
  • At least 3 months related laboratory experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
