Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
* Prepare solutions and buffers for laboratory use
* Perform routine analytical measurements, including pH, UV-VIS, conductivity, and HPLC
* Pack columns for chromatography
* Conduct tangential flow filtration
* Adhere to Good Documentation Practices
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements:**

* Exceptional communication and organizational skills for interfacing with multiple clients
* Experience working with protein solutions, protein chromatography, normal flow filtration, and tangential flow filtration
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
* Experience with protein separation techniques and liquid handling systems
* Prior use of HPLC instrumentation and EMPOWER software
* Familiarity with electronic notebook systems and UNICORN-based chromatography systems
* Knowledge of preparative column packing, microfiltration, nanofiltration, CE, SDS-PAGE, and other analytical techniques
