Pharmacy Supervisor

As a Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of your health. You will be responsible for leading and directing your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, and managing the operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff to ensure excellent patient care and customer service
• Manage the operation of the pharmacy, including inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
• Develop and implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy
• Motivate and inspire Pharmacy Support Staff to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities
• Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
• Listing on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge'
• Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use)
