Reporting to the VP of Technical Services, this role encompasses the optimization of manufacturing processes, waste reduction, and the maintenance of superior quality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, spearheading corrective action initiatives, and promoting continuous improvement.

Collaboration with departments such as R&D, Production, and QC Lab is essential to meet our rigorous quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Lead annual Management Review Meetings and 8D Corrective/Preventive Action reports.
- Assess customer returns with R&D, Production, and QC Lab teams to enhance product quality.
- Manage internal ISO 9001 audits and conduct monthly Quality Control meetings.
- Engage in technical writing for company procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Develop the Quality team and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Management.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 Quality System.
- Familiarity with national and international consensus quality standards.
- Advanced computer skills.
