Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Tube Fabricator 2 professionals for a contract opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Fabricate and assemble semi-complex tubing components for aerospace applications, adhering to specifications using a variety of tools and machinery.
2. Work independently on new assignments with minimal supervision.
3. Produce tubing assemblies according to work orders, drawings, and specifications in a precise and timely manner.
4. Set up, operate, and maintain all equipment utilized in the tubing fabrication process.
5. Select appropriate mandrel and die sets based on material size and wall thickness.
6. Verify tube geometry utilizing roamer measuring arms.
7. Demonstrate proficient computer skills.
8. Operate tube cutting machinery effectively.
9. Remove burrs, sharp edges, or scale from workpieces.
10. Flare tube ends in accordance with specifications and sizes.
11. Uphold safety standards throughout all operations.
12. Perform swage fitting installations and pressure testing.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A minimum of 3 years' experience along with a High School diploma or equivalent is essential.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, with the institution being accredited.

WORK SCHEDULE:
This position follows a 5/40 workweek.
