The ideal candidate will have a strong background in soldering and cable/harness fabrication, with the ability to work from drawings, wire lists, and engineering instructions.
Responsibilities will include hand soldering mixed technology printed circuit board assemblies, installing specialized components, and creating cable harnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hand solder mixed technology printed circuit board assemblies
- Install specialized components, such as BGAs
- Create cable harnesses
- Work from drawings, wire lists, and engineering instructions
- Perform continuity tests on cable assemblies
Requirements:
- Active J-STD-001 certification or equivalent
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 4 or more years experience in soldering and cable/harness fabrication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active certification to IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA-STD-8739.4
- Current certification to IPC 7711/7721 Rework, Modification & Repair of Electronic
- Understanding of 5S principles
