Memphis-Shelby County Schools is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transformational Educator to join our team. - Develop and implement effective instructional strategies to improve student outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and endorsement in the grade/subject taught with a valid Tennessee certificate
- Highly qualified with a proven track record of improving student outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform instructional decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents
