Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience with Purchase and Sale Agreements.
  • Proficient in drafting correspondence and settlement agreements.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
