Position Summary

We are seeking a Security Flex Officer to ensure the safety and security of a Data Center.

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Shift: Afternoon (4PM-12AM)
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
  • Daily Pay: Available - Receive your earnings before payday
  • Compensation: $20.50 per hour
  • Customer Interaction: Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills while engaging with the public, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities

The Security Flex Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the assigned facilities. This position serves as a visible deterrent to criminal activity and client rule violations, while also identifying and reporting any suspicious or unsafe behaviors that may pose a risk to property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
  • For driving positions, a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and at least one year of driving experience is required.
  • All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Flexibility to work for multiple clients at various locations, covering special projects, absences, and open shifts is necessary.
  • Availability to work at any time and on any day is required.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites are needed.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively at client locations.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand for extended periods, work in diverse environments, lift or carry up to 40 pounds occasionally, and navigate stairs or ladders as needed.
