Job Title: Flex Security Officer

Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Flex Security Officer to join our team. As a Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive environment and experience for guests at our client sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, ensuring client property and personnel security and safety.
  • Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
  • Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for the site regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
  • Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process.
  • Patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicle, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
  • Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
  • Respond to fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
  • Prepare logs and reports as required.
Qualifications:
  • Must meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform guard duties.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have reliable means of communication.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.

Brosnan Risk Consultants offers a competitive pay rate, with a minimum of $17.00 per hour and a maximum of $18.00 per hour. We value our employees and clients and pride ourselves in promoting a positive and professional work environment.
