We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Nurse Specialist - Cardiac Progressive Care to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive and compassionate treatment.
  • Your expertise in cardiac progressive care will enable you to provide critical thinking, skillful assessment, and effective interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication, coordinate care, and advocate for patients' needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Critical Care Nurse or equivalent experience in cardiology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington.
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 90 days of hire.
