The Quality Management Lead will play a critical role in securing seamless IT Operations across all globally deployed Quality Management capabilities and applications. This includes leading the deployment of S4 Hana Quality Management functionality at Solventum manufacturing plants, supporting the global design of the ERP system, and collaborating across business groups and functions to ensure readiness activities are understood and on track to meet target timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, ERP systems, and project management. They will be able to implement change across the global organization to standardized processes and capabilities, and support Solventum strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts.

The Quality Management Lead will be responsible for:

  • Leading the deployment of S4 Hana Quality Management functionality at Solventum manufacturing plants
  • Supporting the global design of the ERP system, including business analysis, requirements definition, testing, and training
  • Collaborating across business groups and functions to ensure readiness activities are understood and on track to meet target timelines
  • Implementing change across the global organization to standardized processes and capabilities
  • Supporting Solventum strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a minimum of seven (7) years of private, public, government, or military environment experience. They will also have a minimum of 5 years prior SAP ERP support experience, 5 years prior experience in a Quality Management role, and 5 years prior Project Management experience.

Solventum offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $137,439 - $167,981, plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The company also offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, and paid absences.
