Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Evaluation: Conduct thorough credit evaluations to determine the creditworthiness of clients and make recommendations for approval or denial.
  • Collections Management: Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash flow.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
Skills
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • ERP: Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
