Civility Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Health Companion. As a Home Health Companion, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and reading.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Help clients stay connected with family and friends, and facilitate communication with healthcare providers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that clients receive the best possible support.
  • Monitor client progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provided.
Requirements
  • Current driver's license and proper vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Good physical and mental health, with the ability to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of home management skills, principles of client services, and emergency first aid and CPR.
