Job Responsibilities:
As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing and managing all nursing care within the organization
  • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals on patient care plans
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accurate documentation
  • Providing guidance in complex patient care situations and staying updated on nursing practices

Requirements:
We are seeking a qualified candidate with:
  • Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
  • RN license in New York
