As a Climate Control Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of HVAC control systems. Your primary responsibility will be to commission and troubleshoot these systems, guaranteeing seamless operation and efficiency.

As a Climate Control Systems Specialist, you will have access to:

In this role, you will perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems and respond to basic warranty calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage system-level controller software to load and configure systems
  • Perform basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (such as sensors, actuators, etc.) and complete all required commissioning documentation
  • Communicate job progress and issues to management and JCI contractors or customers
  • Calibrate systems requiring basic electronic test equipment
  • Complete administrative tasks, including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation
  • Document changes and provide information for as-built documentation
  • Follow all safety standards and attend required safety training
