Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' developmental needs and abilities
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' challenges
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  4. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments
  5. Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment by adhering to infection control protocols and other safety measures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's Degree, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Less than three years of licensure experience
  • Pass the NBCOT exam
  • Eligible for OT licensure in North Carolina

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
