Tri-County Therapy, LLC (TCT) is a pediatric therapy company that aims to provide high-quality services for children from birth to 18 years old. Our mission revolves around building a diverse community of professionals where each team member feels empowered to contribute their unique skills and talents.

We offer a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, aquatic, and physical therapy services. Our clinics are strategically located in South Carolina cities like Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville, and Anderson, providing accessible services to our communities. We also extend our support to families by offering therapy in natural environments, such as homes, the community, and preschools.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a W-2 employee, you will be eligible for competitive compensation packages, including annual performance reviews, pay raises, and mileage reimbursement.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities

This role requires an actively licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina, with previous pediatric experience either through employment or clinical rotation.
