Crisis Intervention Specialist

Woods Services is seeking a highly skilled Crisis Response Specialist to join our team. As a Crisis Response Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing mobile crisis outreach response services for adults through the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

• Evaluate consumers and determine if additional psychological, psychiatric, or clinical services are needed.
• Activate the on-call Master's Level Clinician for additional support when necessary.
• Demonstrate competency in culturally appropriate care, trauma-informed care, de-escalation techniques, suicide assessment, and safety planning.
• Participate in CPR and First Aid training and perform techniques as needed.
• Complete annual Agency trainings and job-related trainings determined by position.
• Travel using agency vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution plus two years of post-bachelor's professional experience.
• Or, bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution with three years of post-bachelor's professional experience in a mental health field.

Salary: $20 to $23 per hour annually, depending on education and experience.
