Crisis Intervention Specialist

Woods Services is currently seeking a Crisis Response Specialist to join our team for the 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams program.

Program Overview:

The program operates throughout Burlington County and Mercer County providing mobile crisis outreach response services for adults through the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate consumers and decide if additional psychological, psychiatric, or clinical services are needed.
• Activate the on-call Master's Level Clinician for additional support if necessary.
• Demonstrate competency in culturally appropriate care, trauma informed care, de-escalation techniques, suicide assessment, and safety planning.
• Participate in CPR and First Aid training and perform techniques as needed.
• Complete annual Agency trainings, as well as job related trainings determined by position.
• Travel using agency vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution.
• Two years post bachelor's professional experience.
• Or, bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution and three years post bachelors professional experience in a mental health field.
