Job Overview:
As a skilled caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents at Benchmark Senior Living. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community, with a focus on providing compassionate care to residents with varying levels of need. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will also document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Additionally, you will engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support, utilizing your customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional care.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience working with people with dementia is desired, but not required. We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
