We are seeking a skilled Bakery Cook to join our team at Gjelina Group. As a Bakery Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare a wide variety of baked goods, including scones, cookies, pies, and bread.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage time effectively, taking rest and meal breaks as needed.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a bakery or kitchen environment.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
Working Environment
