Position Overview: As the Property Manager (also referred to as Housing Administrator), you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operations of our residential community, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $67,000-$71,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), state Housing Finance Agency, and local government entities.
  • Oversee the full cycle management of team members, including task assignment, performance evaluation, recruitment, and other personnel functions.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, and government agencies.
  • Monitor the financial health of the community, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cash management.
  • Maintain readiness for REAC & MOR inspections.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in an affordable housing setting or a comparable combination of training and experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading and supervising a team.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in a field related to service delivery such as social work, business, or public administration.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Occupancy Specialist (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire).
