Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of accounting operations, including billing, cost management, and financial reporting
  • Direct the development of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing discrepancies and producing reports
  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Formulate and enforce accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
  • Provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and payable departments
  • Manage payroll processing and compliance reporting
  • Resolve complex accounting issues and facilitate month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Controller or equivalent position

  • Strong expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with accounting software and analytical tools
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
