Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, assess their limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to perform at home to enhance recovery
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Requirements

- Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
