Job Title:
Quality Control Chemist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Chemist to join our team at Actalent. As a Quality Control Chemist, you will be responsible for performing wet chemistry testing, GC testing, viscosity, and color testing in a production lab. This role focuses solely on final product testing release, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform wet chemistry testing, GC testing, viscosity, and color testing in a production lab
  • Follow testing methods and execute them accurately
  • Provide cross-training for all products and labs
  • Toggle between different responsibilities across three different labs that support three different product lines


Requirements:

  • Hard skills: wet chemistry testing, GC testing, viscosity testing, color testing, auto titrator, sizing, LOH, specific gravity, melting point, visual color testing, titration, sample management
  • Soft skills: accuracy, ability to follow methods, cross-training adaptability
