About the Role:
As a Pharmacist Consultant at BrightSpring Health Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical pharmacy services to our long-term care and senior living clients. With a focus on medication optimization, you will work closely with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness, making recommendations for therapy changes as needed
* Review drug regimens and clinical indicators of each resident at least monthly, reporting irregularities to relevant parties
* Maintain knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning long-term care

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Doctorate
* Current license required, dual license preferred
* One year experience in acute, long-term care or home health preferred

Benefits:
* Competitive pay: $120,640 - $135,200 per year
