Responsibilities:

  1. Forecast goals and objectives: Strive to meet the assigned Region or Centers' targets by analyzing current performance metrics and previous financial data.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Recruit, recognize, and retain skilled teammates. Monitor Center staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure necessary training for each role.
  3. Leadership and Coaching: Develop and inspire others to achieve success through effective communication, timely feedback, and setting high standards.
  4. Sales, Production, and Administration: Supervise sales, production, and overall center administration, ensuring accurate estimates and compliance with guidelines.
  5. Financial Performance Monitoring: Review current financial metrics and analyze previous months' results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. DRP Account Management: Manage DRP accounts properly, updating changes or reviews as needed.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Regularly assess teammate performance, providing coaching through specific and timely feedback.
  8. Cross-Department Collaboration: Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters, and customers to foster repeat and referral business.
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the center meets regulatory requirements, including hazmat regulations and documentation.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Experience in auto repair or team management.
  3. Advanced understanding of the repair process and procedures.
  4. Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Organization, multi-tasking, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

The employee regularly uses their hands and talks and hears. They frequently stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, occasionally reaching with their hands and arms and moving objects up to 20 pounds. Close vision, peripheral vision, and adjusting focus are required. The employee must also assess work accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness.
