Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team at an apartment community in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the apartment industry, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and conduct apartment tours.
  • Assist with developing marketing plans, posting advertisements, and processing rental applications.
  • Execute leases, collect deposits, manage move-ins and move-outs, and process maintenance requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by your supervisor, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in the apartment management industry.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
