Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy-Duty Truck: Safely drive a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on MRF recycling routes.
  • Perform Recycling Route Duties: Collect and transport recyclable materials to the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF).
  • Ensure Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain Vehicle: Regularly inspect and maintain the heavy-duty truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the MRF operations team to ensure efficient and effective recycling route operations.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Possess a valid CDL with the appropriate endorsements.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience as a heavy-duty truck operator or in a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with MRF operations and recycling route protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
