We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily tasks and activities
  • Work collaboratively with our nurse educator and nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Provide physical support to patients with mobility needs, including transferring them from wheelchair to bed
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting a minimum of 20 pounds
  • Prepare resident rooms with necessary items, such as blankets, pillows, medical equipment, and bathroom essentials

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
