As a Liberty Store Donation Center Attendant at Youngstown Area Goodwill, you will play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals and families in need. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the Attended Collection Center, ensuring a smooth and efficient donation process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the Attended Collection Center each day, maintaining a regular schedule.
- Greet and assist donors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Accept and process donations, accurately sorting and categorizing items.
- Issue tax receipts to donors and distribute literature as needed.
- Thank donors and provide a warm farewell, fostering a sense of appreciation and community.
