Austintown Replenishment Specialist

The Replenishment Specialist is a key member of our team at Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, responsible for ensuring a constant flow of new items onto our retail sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked environment.
• Monitor the sales floor and relocate misplaced items to their designated areas.
• Collaborate with Donation Attendants and Sorters to move donated items in production areas.
• Assist in moving color pull sales items off the floor when necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Retail experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Part-time position, up to 29 hours per week. May vary, but normally three days per week, with a focus on weekend hours.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand frequently, walk continuously, and lift occasionally. Must be able to push and pull merchandise, and have good hand coordination and fine motor skills.

Work Environment

Indoor work environment, with occasional outdoor tasks. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
