Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling sales, returns, exchanges, and other customer interactions.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, utilizing price overrides as necessary.
  • Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, and maintenance.
  • Offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement and complete initial selections.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions and share information with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area.
  • Maximize resources to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Love closing sales and have a proven ability to exceed goals.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, thinking outside the box to create lasting relationships with customers.
  • Passionate about capturing contacts, reconnecting, and promoting Williams-Sonoma's inspiration, events, and services.

  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role will be $16.85-$17.85 per hour.
