Job Summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an exceptional Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our team as an Open Rank/Track Faculty member in the Department of Orthopaedics. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring students and residents, and contributing to the advancement of orthopaedic knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with foot and ankle disorders, including trauma, ligamentous injuries, joint diseases, and sports-related injuries.
  • Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in the Department of Orthopaedics, with a focus on foot and ankle surgery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula in foot and ankle surgery.
  • Participate in research and scholarly activities, including publication of papers and presentations at national and international meetings.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to advance the mission and goals of the Department of Orthopaedics.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Residency Program.
  • Completion of an accredited Foot and Ankle Orthopaedic Fellowship Program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Orthopaedics.
  • Eligibility for an Ohio Medical License.
