Aquatic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Aquatic Program Manager to join our team at Mesabi Fit Coalition.
As an Aquatic Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading swimming programs and instructing groups or individuals in the fundamentals of swimming.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional coaching techniques to swimmers, ensuring they receive high-quality instruction and guidance.
About the Job- Job Title: Aquatic Program Manager
- Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and conducting practice sessions, evaluating swimmers' skills, and adjusting coaching techniques based on their strengths and weaknesses.
You will also be required to stay updated on changes in rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to swimming, as well as communicate with participants and parents to provide information and answer questions.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of aquatic experience and hold current American Red Cross Water Safety Certificate or Current Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification.
