Aquatic Professional Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Aquatic Professional to join our team at Mesabi Fit Coalition. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our swimming programs, including developing curriculum, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing swim lesson plans for children and adults, tailored to meet individual needs and abilities
  • Supervising and mentoring swim instructors to ensure they meet our high standards for teaching and customer service
  • Overseeing pool operations, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, managing equipment and supplies, and coordinating maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in aquatic education or management
  • Current American Red Cross Water Safety Certificate, Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification

Compensation:$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
