About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Kelly's Grief Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adults, providing individual, family, or group therapy, conducting assessments, and participating in community outreach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, or group therapy as needed
  • Offer therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Conduct diagnostic psychosocial assessments
  • Participate in community outreach and events
  • Assist with planning and organizing client programs and support groups
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Attend conferences and workshops to maintain professional competence

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, or IMFT)
  • Experience with grief and trauma, EMDR preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
