Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work in a dynamic and growing community health organization that provides quality, comprehensive health services to diverse communities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics. Additionally, they will possess at least four years of clinical experience in the field and meet the criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management, individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans. You will also lead groups and provide therapy to managed care patients who are pre-authorized to receive mental health treatment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,528 to $32,260 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, EAP, paid-time-off, and 401(k)/retirement options.
